House B.
This single-family residence reinterpreted in Mediterranean style brings a refined balance between modernity and nature. The simple volumetry, dominated by straight lines and clear forms, is highlighted by the textured finishes in warm sand tones, inspired by South European architecture.

Detailed Description
The facade is airy and balanced, with generous glazed openings that allow natural light to penetrate abundantly into the interior. These create a continuous connection between the interior and exterior space, offering an open and relaxing atmosphere. The covered terrace, arranged simply but elegantly, becomes a natural extension of the living area, ideal for outdoor meals or quiet evenings spent with family. The green area around the house is carefully thought out, with low Mediterranean vegetation and mature trees that offer privacy and natural shade.
Functionally, the residence proposes a clear division between the day and night areas, offering both comfort and privacy. The design is timeless, with discrete influences that evoke the tranquility of houses from southern Italy or Greece, but adapted to the needs of a modern family from Romania. It is a house that does not impress through extravagance, but through well-refined simplicity and an atmosphere that inspires authentic life.
