Detailed Description
The facades are finished with light decorative plaster, offering a pleasant contrast with the treated wood elements that outline the eaves, windows and balustrades. The natural stone-clad base offers both protection and a plus of texture and visual authenticity. On the ground floor, the house proposes a welcoming day area, well naturally lit, consisting of living room, dining room and kitchen (open or separable, depending on preferences). Additionally, there is a bathroom, a bedroom or office and storage spaces. The back terrace connects naturally with the exterior, becoming an ideal place for outdoor relaxation.
The attic is destined for the night area, with two spacious bedrooms and a bathroom. The vertical windows bring abundant natural light and allow efficient ventilation of the spaces. The garden is organized simply and efficiently, with cubic stone paths, vertical vegetation (thuja) and an open gazebo, discretely placed, which completes the relaxation area. This house is ideal for those who want a comfortable, well-optimized residence, with a warm, natural and timeless appearance.
